To develop long term relationships with our valued clients by providing timely inspection of pressure equipment with quality and safety in mind. To provide our clients with a plan that will ensure a complete Integrity Plan is in place throughout the Pressure Equipment’s construction, installation and safe operating life cycle.
Development and monitoring of your “Integrity Management System” / “Quality Assurance Systems” that includes a strategy for auditing and streamlining. Ensuring our clients and their vendors compliance with the federal and local jurisdictional requirements.
To provide experienced, competent and qualified personnel to communicate and work with your team members ensuring the Pressure Equipment Integrity Program Requirements meet and exceed the companies and jurisdictional expectations.
With over thirty years of related industry experience, fifteen of those providing Integrity Management System program development and implementation. Some of these duties include but are not limited to, the development and auditing of Integrity Management System program manuals, Quality Control Management System Manuals, Individual tailored Pressure Equipment Inspection plans, process plant circuitization for corrosion monitoring, jurisdictional reporting and go forward planning.
Providing timely inspections / evaluations of our clients’ pressure equipment, forwarding all inspection reporting to the facilities integrity team, operational staff and engineering in a timely manner. All inspection findings / deficiencies shall be reported forthwith to the plant staff in a prioritized manner ensuring an appropriate action plan can be implemented to maintain operational schedules.
Coordinates with construction contractors to perform inspections related to fabrication surveillance and testing requirements as per the applicable codes of construction and client specifications. Reporting findings and or non compliance issues to the client in a timely fashion within 24 hours.
Maintaining compliance for all Owner/User programs registered with ABSA and Non Owner/User for the integrity of all pressure equipment as per CSA B51 - 19.
Inspection of Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Pressure Piping and Equipment. Analyzing trends of integrity records to determine corrosion rates and remaining service life. Providing recommendations for inspection intervals, repairs, rerating’s and or renewals.
Providing both technical support and mentorship in regards to quality assurance and quality control methodologies for equipment fabrication, alterations and repairs in both field and shop locations. Ensuring compliance to engineering specifications, drawings, applicable codes & standards, jurisdictional bodies and our client's specifications.
